The Samoan government is getting an injection of almost 5 million dollars to help it manage the effect of climate change on its forests.

The program is being managed by the United Nations Development Program, and will look at changing government policy, and preparing communites on the ground.
Global warming is expected to put extra pressure on the county's forests that are already heavily exploited by human use.
