Fourth National Communication of the Republic of Moldova has been developed within the Project „Republic of Moldova: Enabling Activities for the Preparation of the First Biennial Update Report and the Fourth National Communication under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change” implemented by Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment and United Nations Environment Programme, with financial support of the Global Environment Facility.
